Sandra introduces Isabelle:
Isabelle Robledo is a 17-year-old kids and teens mindfulness coach and the co-founder of Making Mindfulness Fun. She is helping kids and teens to be confident and creative using mindfulness. For the past six years, Isabelle has been living in an RV traveling the world with her family of seven. She learned mindfulness from a very young age, and believes that now, more than ever, it is important to share what she’s learned with our future generation. |
Isabelle shares that she is an Enneagram 9 and has ISTP preferences. As a kid traveling with her family she learned the power of mindfulness in her own life and during the pandemic she started teaching kids how to bring mindfulness into their lives.
Isabelle shares a mindfulness idea for each Enneagram type:
Type One – Have fun doing something creative with no focus on the outcome
Type Two – Spend time outdoors and in self-care
Type Three – Spend time doing something active and fun
Type Four – Gratitude journal
Type Five – Active yoga
Type Six – Find some mantras to incorporate into your day
Type Seven – Meditate
Type Eight – Relax with myofascial release
Type Nine – Challenge yourself with something physical
Isabelle offers lots of Enneagram and Mindfulness resources including workbooks and workshops. You can find all of her stuff at www.IsabelleRobledo.com
