Sandra introduces Dario:

Dario Nardi, P.h.D., a world renowned author, researcher, speaker and expert in neuroscience, personality, and body-mind practices. He holds a Senior Lecturer position at University of California (Los Angeles), where he won UCLA’s Copenhaver Award for Innovative Use of Technology in 2005 and UCLA’s Distinguished Teacher of the year in 2011. His books include Neuroscience of Personality, 8 Keys to Self-Leadership, Jung on Yoga, and Facets of Ayahuasca, and now: The Magic Diamond.

  • How his diverse background, including computer programming, engineering, game design, east asian languages, neuroscience and anthropology, led him to studying and working with personality type
  • Some of his favorite “brain savvy” insights from his studies involving EEG technology
  • What inspired him to write The Magic Diamond: Jung’s 8 Paths for Self-Coaching. 
  • What “One-Sidedness” is with regards to type and how we can transcend to become more whole by balancing our opposites.  
  • How one-sidedness can show up in our families, either through our wiring or passed down through the generations.
  • His personal interest in “Shadow” work
